Kentucky International Convention Center and Kentucky Exposition Center Celebrates Busiest Weekend since early March 2020
The Kentucky International Convention Center and the Kentucky Exposition Center are celebrating a busy Memorial Day weekend. Over the course of the spring, in-person events have slowly returned to both venues, but Memorial Day weekend will kick off a busy summer as Kentucky Venues ramps up for a full slate of events and trade shows.
“The events industry is a key player in Louisville’s economy and important to the Commonwealth overall as we return to a level of normalcy we haven’t seen in more than a year. As more events return, we know that means our local business including hotels and restaurants will get much needed relief,” said David S. Beck, President and CEO of Kentucky Venues.
